DSN-DMY(Z) Handle-Type Electromagnetic Lock (with Live-Display Function)

The DSN-DMY(Z) handle-type electromagnetic lock (with live-display function) is an electrically controlled interlocking device designed to prevent erroneous operation of high-voltage switchgear. It is primarily used to interlock the front and rear cabinet doors, disconnect switches, circuit breakers, grounding switches, and other critical locking points on indoor high-voltage switchgear, thereby effectively preventing misoperations. As such, it is an indispensable interlocking device for power generation and supply utilities. In addition, to meet the requirements of integrated automated substations, this series of electromagnetic locks is equipped with auxiliary contacts inside the lock. These contacts provide a pair of corresponding switching contacts at the locked and unlocked positions, facilitating interlocking among multiple locks and enabling integrated automated data acquisition, thus eliminating false operations and making it an ideal interlocking solution for modern substation equipment. The patented “electrically controlled lock” addresses the limitation of mechanical-programmed locks in integrated automated substations, where keys cannot be effectively managed and controlled.

Technical Specifications

Note: The terms “left-side installation” and “right-side installation” refer to the mounting position relative to the operator’s line of sight when facing the locking object (e.g., an operating lever or a fixed part of the cabinet). If the electromagnetic lock is mounted on the left side of the locking object as viewed by the operator, it is considered a left-side installation; conversely, if it is mounted on the right side, it is considered a right-side installation.
