CG5-10Q/95×130 (130, 140, 145, 150) Indoor High-Voltage Live-Display Device Sensor
The CG5-10Q high-voltage sensor extracts a specific voltage from the high-voltage energized circuit by means of a capacitive voltage divider, which serves as the power supply for both the display and the interlock functions. This allows the device to indicate the energized status at its installation location and to forcibly lock the switchgear cubicle door. Both the voltage indication and the forced interlock are controlled by the same high-voltage signal; however, the two circuit systems are electrically independent of each other. As long as the high-voltage circuit remains energized, even if both the display circuit and the interlock circuit fail simultaneously, the electromagnetic lock will remain engaged. Consequently, the product offers excellent anti-misoperation interlock reliability and a high level of safety. The sensor is designed to meet all operating-condition requirements, with creepage distances that comply with technical specifications. The display features a modern aesthetic, all electronic components are carefully screened, and the assembly is meticulously executed. The sensor is an epoxy-resin-encapsulated post-type insulator, which can also be used as an isolating switch, earthing switch, or other types of post insulators. It boasts high mechanical strength, strong arc resistance, and low partial discharge levels.
