FJ6/DFY2 Three-Phase Three-Wire Electric Energy Metering Combined Junction Box

The FJ6/DFY1 and DFY2 type combined wiring boxes for electric energy metering are specialized junction boxes designed for standard wiring of electric energy metering devices. They are also suitable for secondary circuits with rated voltages up to 660 V and rated currents up to 20 A, enabling safe replacement or on-site verification of electric energy meters, electrical instruments, relay protection equipment, and other electrical devices under load. This ensures operator safety and enhances on-site work efficiency. In response to extensive user demand, our company has completed an improved design and adopted high-performance polycarbonate polymer materials imported from the United States for injection molding. These materials offer numerous advantages, including high impact resistance, excellent aging resistance, non-absorbency, flame retardancy, and superior high-temperature resistance, along with vibrant colors and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, further enhancing product performance. Importantly, this design fundamentally addresses the shortcomings of the original bakelite products—namely their brittleness and tendency to crack, their propensity to absorb moisture and develop mold spots, which can lead to significant CT secondary leakage and PT secondary breakdown—and incorporates test ports in each circuit within the box, greatly facilitating inspection and testing. This wiring box represents an upgraded, next-generation product. All technical specifications comply with national standards. User trials have demonstrated that the adoption of this new product effectively prevents under-measurement of electric energy, making it an invaluable tool for electric energy metering professionals. It has played a positive role in preventing electric energy metering accidents.
